I lost all my photos from Mexico :0 but I have a few acrylic sketches that were done there. Yeah, yeah, I know about the perspective being off, and stuff like that, but I tried to capture the feel, the colors, the impression I had of San Miguel. It's a wonderful place, but changing day by day, becoming more 'americanized' because so many Americans are there. Here are some things that won't change...
Paintings of every little thing, and all the important big things as well. My view. My inspiration.....

I love the one on the hill and the vendor cart. Four good paintings in just a week is very successful in my book ;)
ReplyDeleteWow, Kelley, it just kills me that you lost all the pictures you took ... I hate that!
ReplyDeleteBut what great impressions ... and vivid, lively color! I like the top two the best ... Those flowers are fairly dancing on that turquoise background ... beautiful!
