Chocolate Munchkins and Iced Coffee, 8x8 Inches, Oil Painting

SOLD
Donut War Ammo of the Day: Chocolate Munchkins!

There's a little girl here in New England, who very, very soon is going to be a Big Sister.  Her mom likes to cool off with iced coffee, and she likes munchkins... and iced coffee.  We had coffee as kids as a treat - with milk and sugar, and my mom used to make us iced coffee, too.  So I identify with her.  Her mom is thinking of getting a painting for her.  Right now all you can get is Captain America cups at Dunkins - hunh?  But if she wants to wait out this movie theme, then this painting will be for sale and I'll do another one for her.  Good luck, little Big Sister - I hope you love, love, love your new baby!

So for the Donut War... today's treat (I mean weapon) is CHOCOLATE MUNCHKINS!

Take these little tender balls of chocolate cake glazed with honey-dip, Susan Roden!

Dunkin Donuts Combo #1, Original Oil Painting by Kelley MacDonald

8x8 inches

SOLD

After a couple of days of a truce in the Donut War, I am bringing out the Big Guns. TWO jellies, with a Medium Iced Coffee - regular cream and sugar. Take THAT, Susan Roden! (I know she's just going to come back with MORE ooey gooeey chocolate ones!)
Two donuts and a coffee is a #1 Combo at DD's. You didn't know that? This thing has got to end soon because I've 'friended' Dunkin Donuts on Facebook, and have joined some kind of CLUB where they send me coupons - YIKES! OK.... it's scary to me that the EASIST part of the painting now is the clear red jelly. What is that saying about me? Too many jellies! I'm taking a couple of days for a mini vacation, but hope to have another post on Sunday - my husband has an idea for me to do a painting at the Sunapee Arts Festival - but I don't know about that!

Iced To Go, 6x8 Oil

Well, I guess I never get tired of painting snacks. There were a few people interested in the last one, so if you wanted one and didn't get it, here's your chance. And for my son Conor, who is always looking out for my health - I ordered it with HALF the regular sugar. ;)

DD Iced, 6x6 Oil

SOLD

People seem to get a charge out of paintings of donuts, donut shop stuff like iced coffee. Since I'm mildly addicted to the iced confection, I bought TWO today. One to paint, one to sip!

**And I'd like to announce - that barring any delays in getting him outside.... PACO IS HOUSEBROKEN!!!!!** YAY! What a good dog!
