NFS - Will be in Molly's Raffle for the Boston Marathon!!!
This is one painting I'm donating for the fundraiser that Molly's having to raise money so she can run the Marathon (it's donated to Brigham & Women's Hospital Charities). I'm going to try to do a gin and tonic, too... what other drinks would be good/pretty/fun to paint? I'm up for a virtual party! Tell me, I'll be the bartender, and 'make' your drink!
How about a tropical drink (pina colata? ) something with one of those cute little paper umbrellas?

ReplyDeleteOK, Mojito, Pina Colada, Mudslide, Margarita and Martini - Looks like I'll be busy (and under the table) for weeks!
ReplyDeleteOh. So nice! Just really makes me crave summer and warm weather.
ReplyDeleteKelley, This looks wonderful! I love the idea of this as a possible series. How about a Lemon Drop, or a Cosmo? I've heard those are wonderful! I always stick to wine, for me it's safer.
ReplyDeleteYour Bloody Mary looks yummy! You've had some good drink suggestions. How about a New Orleans Hurricane? Looking forward to the next painting!
ReplyDeleteI love it!
ReplyDeleteI have a fabulous martini glass from the thrift shop which I might be inspired to paint.

Beautiful Bloody Mary, I love the lemon. I can taste it!
ReplyDeleteHow about an Old Fashioned? It goes in a short glass and has a cherry and a mashed slice of orange with some ice. Would give you a few things to work with. A great idea for a series!
