Tulip Fields In Lisse, Original Acrylic Painting by Kelley MacDonald
NFS
This is a demo for a 'story board' for an Acrylics class I'll be teaching at Michael's Art & Craft Store. The steps leading up to it are below. This is what I was doing all weekend, 4 of these demos in acrylic.
Bold painting with wonderful depth - and congrats on the Michael's gig. They are lucky to have you! Thanks for showing us your process. How do you find acrylics after working in oil?
What a gorgeous painting. Is it not for sale because it is so wonderful and you are hanging it in your house? I really don't know how you fit it all in your day. Your students will have a blast with you, enjoy.
This is so strong and graphic, love the bright colors and really enjoy seeing the process. Your students are very lucky, they will learn so much from you. Have fun!
Beautiful painting! I loved seeing your process, especially the bright blue in the shadow side of the barn. It surprised me...I wonder if you could do that with oils. Something new to me I want to try. Very nice!
Congratulations on getting a demo at Michael's.

Good idea to 'story board' the steps - I think it'll lead to a very clear lesson! Love the simplified buildings!
